New Student Registration
Georgetown Independent School District accepts enrollment from all students within the district boundaries who meet age, residency, and health requirements. When enrolling a student for the first time in GISD, you will need an online pre-enrollment application.
Along with your online enrollment application in Skyward, you will need to upload:

birth certificate
-
immunization records or alternative exemption documents

proof of residency
-
image of social security card
-
Please include your child's previous school information
Process
Once you have submitted your application in Skyward, you will receive an email from the registrar:

requesting missing documents OR
-
confirming enrollment completion
To submit any of the outstanding documents listed above, please email them to our registrar, Carmen Kennedy at kennedyc@georgetownisd.org. In the email, please be sure to include your child's full name. Students will not be assigned a teacher until all outstanding documents are submitted and confirmed.
